Exchange policy

  • If your product arrives damaged due to manufacturing defects we will fix or replace your product at no cost to you.

  • If you encounter any issues with the quality of our products, please contact our customer service via email or phone within 5 working days upon receiving the product Please provide proof for defect. Replacement will be arranged upon confirmation by our customer service. Delivery charges will be borne by DC.


Refund Policy

  • You can apply for a refund for non-quality reasons within 5 workdays after receiving the product. Please call 973-970-9932 within 5 business days of receiving the product to request a Refund Form.

  • The delivery order number needs to be provided within 7 workdays.

  • An administrative fee equivalent to 30% of the refund will be levied and deducted.

  • Please ensure returned goods are repacked carefully in their original packaging with sufficient cushion to avoid any damage during return shipment.Refund will not be processed if failure to meet the requirements.

  • Damages caused during the returning process will be the responsibility of the You must guarantee the intactness of the product before shipping.

  • Products damaged during shipment is responsibility of the shipper and DC will not accept the products or process the refund.

  • Shipping fees (initial and all returns) will be borne by customer

  • Many of our items (non-standard DC products) are not eligible for this returns policy, such as custom-printed graphics or made-to-order exhibits.

  • Man-made damaged products are not refundable.

  • After returning the product, the refund will be issued within 2-3 workdays after confirming the product meets the refund requirements.

Refund Notice

Please read the refund policy carefully before returning.

  • Please fill in the Refund Form, print it out and place together with the products inside the package box and return to: 19, Route 10 East, Suite 18, Succasunna, NJ 07876, USA.

  • Returned products without a refund form are not accepted.

  • Please choose FEDEX/UPS/DHL for delivery service whenever possible.

  • Products must be shipped to us within 7 days after the Refund Application is accepted,otherwise the refund application will expire.



Call or Email Customer Service to request Refund Form -> Fill in the Refund Form –> Wait for the application to be processed –> Choose the preferred delivery courier and ship to DC warehouse –> After products are received by our warehouse, refund will be returned to your account
