Please note your special requirements when uploading your designs to guarantee the best result.
We strictly control the temperature and humidity in our workshops to ensure the best printing results.
We proofread the designs and check the quality at every step of the process.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
All DC standard products will be sent out within 1 workdays after the order audit.
Products with images (amount < 50) will be sent out within 5 workdays after the image audit;
large orders (amount > 50) will be sent out according to the delivery time provided by customer service.
We will deliver the products to you with UPS according to your address. You are responsible for the delivery fee.
We only ship products within the United States and Canada.
For regions outside of the US, orders need email confirmation and shipping agency service.
You can place orders on our website quickly and securely.
This is the fastest method to deliver your new products.
For orders with amount over 50 or special customization requirements please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for price enquiry and order confirmation.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
If you encounter any issues with the quality of our products, please contact our customer service via email or phone within 5 working days upon receiving the goods.
Please provide proof for the defect. Replacement will be arranged upon confirmation by our customer service.
Delivery charges will be borne by DC.
You can apply for a refund for non-quality reasons within 5 workdays after receiving the product.
The delivery order number needs to be provided within 7 workdays.
An administrative fee equivalent to 30% of the refund value will be levied and deducted.
Please ensure returned goods are repacked carefully in their original packaging with sufficient cushion to avoid any damage during return shipment.
Refund will not be processed if failure to meet the requirements and not able to resale.
Damages caused during the returning process will be the responsibility of the returner.
You must guarantee the intactness of the product before shipping.
Goods damaged during shipment is the responsibility of the shipper and DC will not accept the goods or process the refund.
Shipping fees (initial and all returns) will be borne by customer.
You will bear the initial and returning delivery fees.
Customised products, like customized products including printed images and products in customized sizes, are not refundable.
Man-made damaged products are not refundable.
After returning the product, the refund will be issued within 2-3 workdays after confirming the product meets the refund requirements.

Returned products without a refund bill are not accepted.
Please choose FEDEX/UPS/DHL for delivery service whenever possible.
Products must be shipped to us within 7 days after the Refund Application is accepted, otherwise the refund application will expire.
Enter "Orders Management", click "Refund" button --> fill in the refund application form --> wait for the application to be processed --> choose the preferred delivery courier and ship to DC warehouse --> after products are received by our warehouse, refund will be returned to your Paypal account
1. Download graphic templates
Templates allow your designs to be printed on the product in the right place. All the images to be printed should be put into a template.
Always choose the appropriate template for printing, which can be downloaded from “Resource”on the product info page.
2. Graphic design in templates
Templates are all vector graphics, meaning you will need vector graphic software to edit and design the art.
We suggest you to upload your art in vector graphic format with a resolution above 300Dpi.
We won’t be able to take responsibility for low print quality if your upload is lower than 300DPi.
3. Upload graphics
You can find the link of uploading in your account page. Please make sure that you upload a JPEG proof and your special requirements with your artwork at the same time, which will ensure we can confirm your artwork quickly. After submitting your artwork, our customer service team will confirm by email whether the graphics meet the printing requirements and the delivery date.
Normally the production time is 5 working days.
